After this 15 day period, only unopened/unused products will be accepted for exchange only within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Additionally, if you received a free gift with purchase, please make sure to send it back with the return or the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not dispose of any of the original packaging and/or return any merchandise to us without a Return Authorization (RA) number. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that TARINATARANTINO.COM cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging.

If an item arrives damaged it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please email customer service (service@tarinatarantino.com) right away with your order number and a description of the damage (including a photo if possible). A customer service representative will contact you.

To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.
