SHIPPING & RETURNS
When will my order ship?
- Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 5–7 business days. Hand-sculpted pieces need an additional 7–21 business days — noted on the product page.
- Need it faster? Choose USPS Express, USPS Priority, or UPS Next Day at checkout and your order is processed within 24 business hours.
- Once placed, your order is reserved from our inventory immediately, so we're unable to change or cancel it.
- We're closed weekends and holidays.
- You'll receive an email confirmation for your order after placing it, then a second email with tracking once it's on its way.
Shipping rates & delivery
DOMESTIC: FREE USA Domestic ground shipping on orders $100+. We ship with USPS and UPS. Shipping options are calculated by weight and region at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL: We ship with: USPS, UPS & DHL, International shipping time once your order is processed is typically 7-14 business days. Duties, VAT, and taxes are set by your local customs office, paid on delivery, and aren't included in our prices. Refused shipments can't be refunded.
Returns & Exchange
We want you to love what you ordered. Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method or store credit, less any shipping fees. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and any shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. To start a return or exchange, email shipping@tarinatarantino.com with your order # in the subject line and we'll send your return authorization. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your credit to process.
Once an order is placed we begin processing it immediately and are unable to make any changes, cancellations, or modifications.
International orders: Import taxes and duties are non-refundable on returned items, and international return or exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
Items returned for exchange credit are eligible for one exchange only which becomes final sale.
sale & final sale items
- Sale items can be returned for store credit only, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging (return shipping paid by the customer).
- Items purchased with a discount code are considered as discounted sale items eligible for store credit only unless they are final sale.
- Items marked Final Sale on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All custom orders are made to order and final sale.
Lost or stolen packages
Once your package is with the carrier, it's out of our hands — we can't be responsible for items lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery. File a claim directly with the carrier, and please double-check your address at checkout and ship to a secure location.
Taxes & Duties
- International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes set by your country's customs office. These are paid by you upon delivery. We can't predict the amount — your local customs office can give you an estimate before you order.
- Please note: refused or abandoned shipments are not refunded.
