• Standard shipping orders process and ship within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. Some made-to-order pieces need additional time check product page for more info. Hand-sculpted pieces need an additional 14 business days to process - noted on the product page.

DOMESTIC: FREE USA Domestic ground shipping on orders $150+. We ship with USPS and UPS. Shipping options are calculated by weight and region at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL: We ship with: USPS, UPS & DHL, International shipping time once your order is processed is typically 7-14 business days. Duties, VAT, and taxes are set by your local customs office, paid on delivery, and aren't included in our prices. Refused shipments can't be refunded.

We want you to love what you ordered. Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method or store credit, less any shipping fees. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and any shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. To start a return or exchange, email shipping@tarinatarantino.com with your order # in the subject line and we'll send your return authorization. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your credit to process.

Once an order is placed we begin processing it immediately and are unable to make any changes, cancellations, or modifications.

International orders: Import taxes and duties are non-refundable on returned items, and international return or exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.

Items returned for exchange credit are eligible for one exchange only which becomes final sale.

Gift with Purchase Returns: Orders that qualify for a complimentary gift when available must include the gift item in any return. If the gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund. However, if your partial return still meets the qualifying spend threshold, you are welcome to keep the gift.

• Sale items can be returned for store credit only, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging (return shipping paid by the customer).
• Items purchased with a discount code are considered as discounted sale items eligible for store credit only unless they are final sale.
• Items marked Final Sale on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All custom orders are made to order and final sale.

Once your package is with the carrier, it's out of our hands — we can't be responsible for items lost or stolen in transit or upon delivery. File a claim directly with the carrier, and please double-check your address at checkout and ship to a secure location.

• International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes set by your country's customs office. These are paid by you upon delivery. We can't predict the amount — your local customs office can give you an estimate before you order.
• Please note: refused or abandoned shipments are not refunded.

Most of our pieces are made in a standard size. We are happy to offer custom sizing whenever possible.

Please note that custom sizing requires additional materials, labor, and production time. As a result, an additional customization fee will apply. The fee is determined based on the piece and the request, but normally in the range of $10-$30

All customized pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
