After this 7 day period, only unopened/unused products will be accepted for exchange only within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping charges for INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES must be paid by customer.
Additionally, if you received a free gift with purchase, please make sure to send it back with the return or the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
When returning un-worn items in their original condition and packaging please contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that TARINATARANTINO.COM cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in the mail.

If an item arrives to you damaged it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as; perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewelry including hair accessory pieces. The alcohol or oil content will cause Lucite beads to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals, and cause metal parts to discolor or tarnish.
Never expose jewelry or hair accessory pieces to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.
To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.

RE-STOCKING FEE: Most of our items are MADE TO ORDER therefore a re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged on returns of $300 or more.
