Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method or store credit, less any shipping fees.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and any shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, email shipping@tarinatarantino.com with your order number in the subject line and we’ll send your return authorization (some items are final sale and will not qualify for returns, we will advise when this is the case).

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your credit to process.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately and are unable to make any changes, cancellations, or modifications.

International Orders

Import taxes and duties are non-refundable on returned items, and international return or exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.

Sale & Final Sale Items

Sale items can be returned for store credit only, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Items marked Final Sale on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.

All custom orders are made to order and final sale.

TARINA TARANTINO lists the ingredients of every makeup product on our website, therefore, this disclaimer holds the buyer responsible for any product and its use after it has been shipped. If for any reason you have a reaction to a product, discontinue use immediately. If you have sensitive skin, we highly recommend testing the product on a small patch of skin before use.
