Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and beautifully packaged. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

·       Use Shopify Shipping to process and fulfill online orders

·       Carefully pack jewelry and accessories to brand standards

·       Perform Quality Control checks on items before shipping to ensure accuracy and condition

·       Manage inventory of shipping supplies and place orders as needed

·       Manage customer service emails and chat-bot messages

·       Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping details

·       Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

·       Assist with design room organizational tasks

Qualifications

·       Experience using Shopify Shipping (preferred) or similar shipping platforms

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

·       Previous experience in shipping/fulfillment is a plus

 Part-time (3 days a week)
