Sparklicity is total micro-crystalline sparkle pigment with no binder to get in the way of the luxurious and fantastical sparkling effects it creates! It can be used anywhere- face, body, hair. This bronze color compliments any makeup look!
NOTE: Before using this product, remove the silicone stopper.
