All collections are designed and handmade at Hollywood Wonderland in Los Angeles. This allows us to oversee every detail from sketch to final piece. Most of our collections feature custom-made or vintage materials chosen from our vast Sparkle Factory archives.

- Free US shipping on orders $100+. Most pieces ship within 1–3 business days; made-to-order and hand-sculpted styles take a little longer.
- Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, less any shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Sale items can be returned within 14 days for store credit only. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchanged.
