Returns and Exchanges

NOTICE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. ALL "SPECIAL ORDER" and HAND SCULPTED or VINTAGE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

We are now offering a 15 day return policy on items purchased from our website. You may return product(s) to The Sparkle Factory after obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number from a Customer Service Representative. After this 15 day period, we will accept unopened/unused products for exchange only within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Please do not dispose of any of the original packaging and/or return any merchandise to us without a Return Authorization (RA) number. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that TARINATARANTINO.COM cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging.

REQUESTING AN RA (Return Authorization)

You can request an RA by emailing customer service at service@tarinatarantino.com . You will receive a reply with your RA number within 24 business hours.

All credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Note: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of credits.  Policy Subject to Change Anytime Without Notice.
