All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after orders are received. Priority is given to USPS PRIORITY orders which will process within 48 business hours of order being placed.  We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation.  A second email will be sent when your order has shipped, confirming that it is on its way with your tracking information. 


FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all US DOMESTIC orders over $100 and UNDER 1 LB in weight. 

We use USPS for all standard shipping. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery. Express Shipping Options are available and will be calculated based on weight/ region at the time of check out. The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. 


International deliveries are typically delivered within 7 - 10 business days, however in rare instances it can take longer due to weather conditions, Holidays, customs etc. If it is urgent that you receive your package right away we suggest using the Express Shipping options.

Express Shipping Options are available and will be calculated based on value/ region at the time of check out.


All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by TARINA TARANTINO.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
*At this time we are unable to offer free international shipping globally due to increases in shipping rates to certain destinations.

Once an order has been placed we begin processing it immediately and are unable to make any changes, cancellations, or modifications to the order.



SALE ITEMS and items purchased with a promotional DISCOUNT CODE are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

All "Special Order" items are final sale. All limited edition or sculptural pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 
We offer a 7 day return policy (from date order was received) on unopened and unused items purchased from our website (excluding SALE / PROMO CODE ITEMS which are not eligible for exchange or return). You may return product(s) to TARINA TARANTINOonly after obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number from a Customer Service Representative (see below for details)

After this 7 day period, only unopened/unused products will be accepted for exchange only within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt.  We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping charges for INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES must be paid by customer. 

When returning un-worn items in their original condition and packaging please contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that TARINATARANTINO.COM cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in the mail.   

REQUESTING AN RA or EA (Return or Exchange Authorization) 

You can request a Return Authorization by emailing customer service please include your order# in the subject line. You will receive a reply with your RA number within 48 business hours. (Reminder: all SALE ITEMS / PROMO CODE and LIMITED EDITION and/or HAND SCULPTED and/or MADE TO ORDER or BOUTIQUE items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange)

All return credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Note: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of credits.  Policy Subject to Change Anytime Without Notice.

TARINA TARANTINO lists the ingredients of every makeup product on our website, therefore, this disclaimer holds the buyer responsible for any product and its use after it has been shipped. If for any reason you have a reaction to a product, discontinue use immediately. If you have sensitive skin, we highly recommend testing the product on a small patch of skin before use. 


By following these simple tips, your jeweled pieces will keep sparkling for years to come...

Always remove jewelry and/or hair accessories when washing hands, showering, or swimming. Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose.

Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as; perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewelry including hair accessory pieces. The alcohol or oil content will cause Lucite beads to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals, and cause metal parts to discolor or tarnish.

Never expose jewelry or hair accessory pieces to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.

To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.

TARINA TARANTINO cannot be held liable for such damage, as stated above in the disclaimer.

RE-STOCKING FEE: Most of our items are MADE TO ORDER therefore a re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged on returns of $300 or more.
